what do you need:
- 12 pieces of lemon oreo
- 2 cups soft cream cheese
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup canned blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- A pinch of kosher salt
Whisk the cream cheese until smooth in a bowl. Add the lemon juice, lemon peel, vanilla, and salt to the bowl. Whisk the ingredients together. Slowly whisk in the heavy cream until the mixture becomes fluffy. Place the liners on a cupcake pan and place an Oreo in the bottom of each liner. Spread cream cheese over Oreos and top with blueberries. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

what do you need:
- 1 package vanilla pudding, prepared as directed
- 1 chopped banana
- 1 1/2 cups crushed wafers, plus more for serving
- 1 cup soft cream cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream, divided
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Banana slices to serve
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then whisk in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Add banana slices, prepared pudding and half the amount of whipped cream. Beat until all ingredients are well blended. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with whipped topping, crushed chips, and banana slices. Served with whole chips.
Easy cool watermelon cupcakes
what do you need:
- 1 small watermelon
- 2 cups cold shake
- Melted chocolate to decorate
- nonpareils rainbow topping
Cut the watermelon into 2-inch-thick slices, then cut into small portions of the fruit using a cookie cutter (or it can be any shape you like). Place the watermelon on a serving platter. Put a dollop of cold shake on top of each watermelon, drizzle with melted chocolate and top with a rainbow icing. Serve immediately.
