Creamy bacon and bear pasta

what do you need:

  • 1/2 kilo of spaghetti cooked until done
  • 3 eggs + 2 egg yolks
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 6-8 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups of sweet grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup dark beer
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Combine bacon and onion in a large skillet and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp-tender. Add the beer and tomatoes and cook until it boils. Reduce the heat to a simmer and continue to cook until the tomatoes pop. Remove from heat. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl and slowly add them into the beer and bacon mixture, mixing until all ingredients are well combined. Put the pasta in the sauce and stir to coat well. Top with parmesan cheese.

Delicious avocado pasta

what do you need:

  • 1 peeled and pitted avocado
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 cup macaroni, cooked until al dente
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Combine the avocado, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor. Beat until smooth. Place the pasta in a large bowl and pour the sauce over it. Stir the pasta well to coat the sauce. Add more salt and pepper to taste.

Tropical zucchini spaghetti

what do you need:

  • 1 cup macaroni, cooked until al dente
  • 2 zucchini, cut lengthwise into thin slices
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • 1/2 cup of feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and then cook the zucchini for 5 minutes. Add garlic, rosemary and sage. Continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Put the pasta in the skillet, then top with the feta cheese and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. My heart mix well for all ingredients. Transfer to a serving platter, drizzle with olive oil, and cover with Parmesan cheese before serving.
